What our clients say...

"From the very first phone call Richard Wylde put our minds at ease as we had a bad experience with a previous so called Equity Release Specialist . He took the time to listen and went out of his way to get back to the office so he would be more equipped to assist us . He has given us good advice and guidance and has not treated us as just a name and and number as this process is very challenging and just as stressful . His your problem is my problem to fix has made this process change gear for the better . Would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!"

What is Equity Release?

Equity release, often called a ‘lifetime mortgage’, gives you access to tax-free cash tied up in your home without needing to sell or move. You can either borrow against your home’s value or sell part of it in exchange for a lump sum or a regular income. Many plans even allow you to release more funds later if required. This option is available to homeowners aged 55 and over, whether you own your home outright or still have a mortgage (which must be cleared using the equity release funds).

Is Equity Release safe?

Absolutely. Equity release providers like us are fully regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We’re also proud members of the Equity Release Council, adhering to their strict guidelines to safeguard customers. With a lifetime mortgage, there’s no risk of owing more than the value of your home, as long as it’s sold for a fair market price.

What can you use equity release for?

The money is yours to spend however you like. Upgrade your home, treat yourself to a new car, clear debts, or simply enjoy greater peace of mind in retirement. The choice is entirely up to you!
